First time grower needs your help.

space available is 18"X24"X48". is it good enough for 1 plant? or should I remake it 24X24X48?

want to use COBs. 4 CLU048-1212 at 1050ma or any other better solutions for this situation?

Your problem Is going to be the 48inch height. Once you factor in pots and light plus distance between light and plants you are left with right around 2ft to grow a plant. Imho growing 1 super short plant like that wont be worth the electric or time as your yield will be miniscule.

It's my understanding cobs need to be relatively high from the top of the plant ... bear in mind your going to be looking at around 8" for plant pot say 18"for distance of light , seems tight , add extra height if possible . The other dimensions should be fine for 1 plant :)

If you use CFL you can go within a few inch , not sure with t5's but I believe they can go relatively close , could be wrong .
Even with cfls or t5's your still left with a 2-2.5 ft plant. Even If you trained it to take up all the useable space 2x2x2.5 your gonna end up with a very small amount of end product. You would have to veg damn near 2 months and lst and supercrop the hell out of it. Then 60-70 days flower time to yield 14-28 grams isnt worth the electric. That only my opinion tho

Its like the computer case grows...a waste of time. I guess if just starting your first plant, and not really caring about yield, just to grow a plant could be beneficial to the OP for experience, but i certainly agree id mill around the house for a larger area for sure.

thanks guys for your opinions, I'll better look for bigger size cabin and come back with more questions :)
please advice what dimensions and plant count should i look for? I do understand that bigger and more you grow cheaper per gram, but my biggest problem is expensive electricity here...

If electricity is exspensive and your areas going to be small then I'd start with CFL , cheap as fuck to leave on , low heat and from what little experience I have it does the job :)
