Skywalker cookies smells like cat pee

Hi, I’m relatively new to growing, I’ve got a skywalker cookies almost ready to harvest but In the last 2 weeks it’s stinks of cat pee, I’ve examined it for mold by looking for white powder or cobwebbing but I can’t see anything that’s unusual.
Would anyone take a look at picture and offer any wisdom please?
I'm growing some bagseeds right now that look a lot like Tropicana Cookies and they absolutely reek of cat piss.

I mean it's not unheard of for cats to pee on plants, I saw someone I think on here but possibly on another forum who had a cat climb in their pot and pee in the soil..

Any chance this happened while you weren't looking?

Otherwise it may just be some unique terps coming thru
Definitely no cats and grown in an indoor room, hopefully it’s the terps, I suppose until I’ve dried and cured and tried a bit I won’t know if it’s a bit off, thank you for replying

I’m hoping it’s ok when it’s ready for trying, I was worried about maybe moldy? I’ll have to wait and see what it’s like

There are plenty of strains that smell like cat piss. If you do a search you will even see people seeking the strains out they remember from years back that smelled just like cat piss. It may be a very good thing. And I agree with the comments that you should use a bigger pot next time if you don’t pot up now.

@Budzbuddha is correct and if your soil smells like cat piss that is not a good thing. As for the buds, check for browning that shouldn’t be there, sugar leaves brown to drying where they shouldn’t be, those can be tell tale signs of bud rot, which can smell like ammonia, but not necessarily like strong cat piss. Just don’t yank the plants cause of a cat piss smell yet, it may be a good thing.

Thanks for reply, no signs of bud rot or brown to sugar leaves, I’m hoping it’s just meant to smell like that

Sorry what does that mean? I’m quite a newbie
Basically keeping the plant alive after harvest and put it back under 18/6 light schedule to let it grow again (only works with photoperiods, not autos)
Something you can do if it's a strain you love and/or if it's a special pheno with cool traits that you want to keep as a mother plant to take clones from.

Re-veg can take some time though, before you see new shoots coming out and you'd want to put it in a new, bigger pot with fresh medium - and remember that before the plant has started the re-veg process with new shoots and leaves, it's much easier to over fertilize, so keep nutes at a minimum.

All this is just from my experience and my own opinion - I'm not a scientist, haha :)
