I got 2 skywalker og & 2 unknown..

Skywalker og:

soil mix: happyfrog 3 parts / royal gold tupur (coco) 2 parts / 10%EWC

Fertilizer: Dr. earth veg
2tbs per gallon of soil 1X2WEEKS

EWC 1 cup / floralicous plus 1ml per gallon
The arreate over night .. 1XWEEK

unknown#1 gardentone pinch-1tsp 1XMONTH

unknown#2 terp tea (arreated/ 1 tsp 1XWEEK

bonide tomatoe & veg 3-1 spray 1XWEEK..
Neem cold press spray 1X2WEEKS….
Monterey garden spinosad 1X2WEEKS ..

so I’ve been growing them outdoors under a LED LIGHT..

Keep them in veg / sun is intense so they won’t bake ..

main issue I have with grow lights , is the distance & strength ..

Recommend Distance , strength & light foot print seems unreliable ..

I know tht a light meter would fix tht but there expensive ..

It’s first I had issues with stretching at first ,
At the recommended distance & strength ..

So I can either lower the light or increase light intensity?

lowering the light would be the better option , so the light won’t be to intense .. right?

# 2 tht I have with lights , well as they get bigger I need to raise the intensity..
But when I do they start to fade looking like there getting cal/mag deficiency..
but if I lower the intensity they green up back a bit ..

But thn tht could lead to stretching & small growth offshoots skinny stems ..

I’m using a maxisun mf1500 150 watt actual ..
For 4 plants in there final 3 gallon pots ..

I do have an mars hydro sp3000 300 watt,
But I’ll be transitioning to flower with the sun ..
I’m 2 weeks after the get a bit of a hold on the new soil..

But I feel like I’ll deal with the same issue with the fading at high intensity..

I’m guessing it’s all about finding tht Goldilocks zone of light distance , intensity & aswell duration: amount of time a plant can take light at the specific intensity .


#1 major issue figuring the right light distance,intensity & duration …

2. I got burn on 1 plant due to the bonide spray(prytherin) so I’ll stick to neem & spinosad & rotate between them ..

I have issues with PM & caterpillars tht cause bud rot ..

3. can I use floralicouis plus w/ EWC & molasses as a tea ?

For the 1xweek application of floraplus? & aswell as compost tea in 1 *no separate watering/applications

can I add fish emulsion 5-1–1 to this tea recipe aswell ? Or is it overkill I’m trying to resist so hard not over loving them,
Probably isn’t needed lol


I’ve learned everything from books & YouTube , so double checking with you guys on what I’ve learned ..

today I’ll be just staking them down & defoliate 3-4 days after transplant to avoid any more stress..

topped once 1 plant , might just top a 2nd plant.. just been bending by hand every day x2 day Do I remove any shoots tht are facing down trying to curve up ?

any tips on defoliation for this one ?


Can I remove these fan leaves ? The 2 right below the top/new growth of the main stem ?
& the nxt 2 below tht ..

im thinking of topping but would it be okay to remove the bottom shoots , although I removed 2 sets already as u can see ..
