you should top brfore flowering time. you could tie the plant over. tie some string or something around the main stalk and work it towards the floor a bit at a timethis will help the side branches get more light to produce bigger nugs down on the lower branches. now those will grow out to the light.

Low stress train ing is sometimes called lst for short it is when you tie the plant down in one direction and let it grow twards the light again after about a week you tie a spot higher pulling the other direction.

A cola is the very top part of the plant it is the biggest fattest bud on the plant because it is the closest to the light. having two is a good thing you will get more yield.

I have never done that but lst i have.

i just did a test with the grow i`m doing right now 3 of them i left alone and tied branches out. the rest i topped. the 3 i left are sweet, nice big colas and the rest are nice little bushes but lots of smaller nugs. my gallery shows some of the different results.

Hey ya mate.

So what do you suggest I do to get the best out of my plant?
Don't want it getting too large.
So what parts of the plant do I tie down?
Or how do I get those 2 cola's you're talking about?

I'm deeply sorry but I'm massively noob at this haha. First grow ever.

if I top my plant. Would that be better?
How would I get the most out of my plant without killing it? and still treating it with a bit of love.
This plant is my first, so naturally it has a sentimental value to me haha.
