slow bud production

my plant is going on its 5th week of flowering, and the buds appear to be growing very slowly, and the lower leaves are dieing one by one, the strain is De Sjamaan's white widow i water every 2-3 days using general organics (never full strength usually around 3/4) i have one 125 w cfl and 3 30 watt cfl and a 14 w led light on them. the temp is kept between 70-83 in the day and 58-70 at night.

One of the problems you have is your using CFL's for your flowering stage upgrade to HPS lights way better for budding production, My opinion you don't have the right amount of light which is making your plant bud slower..

Some strains drop fan leaves naturally, once they reach a certain age. I think considering your using organics and CFLs your doing fine man, just make sure those CFLs are like an inch from the budsites, and that you rotate your plant and give different bits a chance next to the bulb if you know what I mean. The biggest swell in bud mass often comes in the last few weeks, as the calyxs receed their hairs.

clf plus organics will not give the fastest flowering times. but you're doing great. alos with most ww i grown thats available from the diffrrent breeders(mr nice nirvana diafem area few ive grown) u will have at least 2 to 3 pheonos and i know from a lot of exp growing ww that the sat dom phoeno can be very lazy to in flowering. during week 7 to 10 they tend catch up.
also the dropping of youre light to 10 or 8 hour do work well to stress the last it of resin out of the plant. i can post pics if needed

Yeah, I don't know if you pulled those side CFLs away before the pic, but those are way too far away. You need to get them as close as physically possible without touching the plant. You will definitely see an increase if you do that.

And your leaves dying could just be natural drop off but those brown spots look a bit off... could be a cal deficiency maybe, I can't be sure though, calcium brown spots are usually more speckled and consistent... do the brown spots appear before the yellowing or does the leaf go all yellow first?

ye could you take a full photo of all the plant to get some idea where youre yellowing is starting like lower middle ect

the brown spots appears first then the tips start yellowing typicaly over a week then they start rapidly getting droopy and turn completly yellow. thanks for the info next watering ill increase the Cal Mg (other growers that use this nutriant line say its a bit weak). it seems to be rising from the bottom affecting the lowest fan leaves.

i have not flower with cfl but i would think you could end up with 1 big head if you have the 125w 1-2" from the top
and 6" down from the top of the plant 2 of the 30w cfl lights one each side of the plant facing the plant horizontal 1-2" off the plant
use the other two lights on the lower part of the plants
or hang the 125w vertical with the shade on one side facing the plant and all the over lights facing the plant horizontal at different heights on the other side
