Slow growing seedlings?? PERPLEXED

So I’ve never experienced this before. I’m not new to growing as I have done a few cfl cab micro grows start to finish. I was in jamacia and brought back some bag seed, some didn’t look fully developed so I tried to pop them anyway. Literally took about 5 days to show a rap root and most of them I had to de husk to get to really start moving. Anyway some info... I’m growing in a small cabinet with a diy 80w led. The seedlings are almost 3 weeks old and are very small. I’ve never had plants grow this slow before! Is it bad genetics? Underdeveloped seeds? They didn’t stretch at all so I know the light is plenty strong. They are planted in 1 gal pots with pro mix HP. 1 plant got burned out from the light a little (recovered well) 1 plant shows very slight nute burn and the other plant has one or two spot on the leaves (almost like the leaf died but stayed green if that makes sense). I’ll admit temps were low in the beginning of thengrow, like week one and two. Hahaha what is going on!?!?

These were from Thursday. A full 2 week old plant. The one with the burnt leaves broke soil on Nov 29!!!

What ph are you feeding at? are you just using plain water?
What daytime temps are you getting?
What is the humidity like?

I had a buddy start some autos the same day as me and he over watered the shit out of them. They got stuck looking tiny like those for almost a month. They since have rebounded but after drying/curing there is a 16 day difference. Step 2 is to replicate this and try to mutate one of the autos into a GODZILLA PLANT MUAHAHAHA

I got distracted, dry them out. Wake n bake was too strong today I guess...

I haven’t fed anything yet. My ph meter stopped working so I need to grab a new one. I’m still 24/hr light schedule so my temp stays a steady 70 degrees. Humidity is low ranges from 40-50

Ph can have a massive effect on growthrate, either that or as above they are too we and need to dry out. Get a Ph meter or the drop type test kit

Ok thanks. I didn’t over water them but.... the pro mix stays wet FOREVER

I find starting in a smaller container and adding 30% perlite allows for much faster growth.
And yes, you can transplant autos.

I have read this on more than one occasion. It might be the issue. They might be pushing roots out and not growing upwards
