Slow growth and a couple clawed leaves

This is my second try at growing indoor auto seeds. I planted the two Moby Dick, Dec 8th, 6 weeks ago at the same time. But one definitely looks way ahead in the flowering stage than the other.

I was able to spot two clawed leaves and the color I think is a bit darker. I stopped adding nutrients 4 days ago and the issue is still there. PH maybe? I just have the drops so I definitely need to get a better way to measure.

Can I still get some good buds from these?

Strain: Moby Dick XXL (Dinafem)
Light: 600W HPS
Nutrients: Advanced Nutrients B-52, General Hydroponics Micro Gro Bloom 1/4th of the recommended dose
PH -- not certain. this might be the issue

Here's the one that seems to be taking longer to develop...

And these other one seems way better even when it got a bit burnt the first day of flowering... My bad, but I was able to correct and it didn't spread

They are planted in soil, a very airy substrate from FloraGard called FloraBloom, mixed with 1/4 perlite to air it a bit more.

About the drops it's just that I don't find it that much accurate I get a green color that according to the chart should be somewhere between 6.2 and 7. But I can't pinpoint exactly which shade of green it is.

I'm getting a digital one but in the meantime I'm trying not to mess up everything since I've already gotten this far and it's quite an expensive hobby

Just tried to google that soil, but my German is too rusty to make heads or tails of the results. If it has added nutrients it may be too hot for autos + nutes. Your dark green leaves, and any clawed leaves will stay that way. How is the new growth?

So here's the progress so far for both...

This one is still droopy. I tried giving water and the leaves perk up for a day and then we're back to droopy mode. Soil is still wet. I'm trying to balance the pH. So far I noticed that the runoff on this droopy one is pretty much between 6 and 7 constantly. My next test is to not water for a few days to rule out overwatering. Lamps are a good meter away from the tops so it shouldn't be heat stress.

The other patient is looking beautiful. It started showing some frost yesterday and leaves look perky and just a tiny bit burnt but recovering. The runoff on this one tends to be below 6 but the plant looks better than the other one.

Both are been fed the same nutrients at the same times. So there must be something else going on with the droopy one.
