Slow Growth

So my plants stretch in the beginning and grew slow. Its now 3 weeks, take I look.

Stunted growth could be from to high of heat, what's the heat in there?
It could also be from overwatering.and for your shroom problem, if you let your plants actually dry out some before you water it will kill the shroom spores. also if the shrooms are causeing you a problem chances are they came from your soil.
