Slug on my plant

I never expected to find a slug on my plant, but I did. I was sure to torture him with salt. Ive also noticed my Lower leaves have never been that healthy and always tend to be discolored and full of holes. There arent really any noticeable bugs except for thorn bugs and shit and for the most part the other leaves are healthy. Do you think they will survive a few more weeks for harvest?

pics would be nice.they should be ok,they might need a bit of nitrogen to help the bottom leaves get greener!!

this is what you need copper wire

Copper wire will do the trick wind some around the bottom of the stalk and they will not cross it. I have used it for a few years on my outdoor and no problems. Stops snails too! You can buy a mesh like I use from these guys 14$ for 25 feet, it expands as the stalk gets bigger.

Maybe gently wipe off the leaves with a wet towel once in a while and leave a few almost empty beer bottles around your crop and your babies should do fine.

dude, iv had plants dissapear over night from fucking slugs. go invest in some copper tape or wire (i saw copper tape nin my garden centre yesterday, genious idea).

copper sends an electric shock to slugs so they wont go near the plant.

if theres one, theres always more!

oh, and rock salt lumps are great as well. just pour a circle of them around your plant.

Do you have any pics how you put the copper wires? I'm gonna put my plants underground pretty soon..

If you visit the link I left you will see what to do. It's simple loosely wrap the wire around the bottom of the stalk that's it.

put beer cans out

just get some slug bait dude thats the best way and make a circle around each plant once they get big it wont slow the plant down!!!
