Small Grow: Question about filtration and ventilation

Greetings-
I will be starting my first grow shortly using a Secret Jardin DarkRoom (24 x 24 x 55.2) tent inside of a slightly larger closet. Due to the tight quarters, I will place a 400 watt HPS lamp (with cooling tube) in this flowering room with only three plants utilizing the LST technique.

My questions are as followings:
1) Do I EVEN need a carbon filter given my grow room is a closet outside on my patio, which is on the 20th floor (I will have an ONA bucket or two outside of the tent, but inside of the closet near the exhaust vent)?

2) What is a good brand/product ID for a small vent fan (6" ducting) capable of pushing a reasonable amount of airflow through my lamp tube and then out the exhaust manifold (I would PREFER a plug-and-go fan and I don't have the time or knowledge to fiddle with electrical wiring).

For your size, and with ONA blocks already in there, a carbon filter isn't neccesary at all.
Sunleaves has a decent plug-n-go, 160 cfm 6" in-line duct fan for about $50. I highly recommend sunleaves, good quality, and inexpensive. It would be cheaper and you would still have enough air moving if you went with a 4" in-line duct fan instead.
