What kind of makeshift green house could I create? wOULD PLASTIC CLEAR BAGS OVER THEM SUFFICE FOR THE TIME BEING?
General hydroponics website Faq section says you can use there "Flora" series nutes in soil...)OK... I'm new to hydroponics myself so forgive me if this sounds stupid.... but the definition of hydroponics is "Cultivation of plants in nutrient solution rather then soil".
Wouldn't a soil medium be too dense for hydroponic nutrients? I'm guessing you need to change your growing medium or change your nutrients
Be careful with the amount of dark time you give them. If they get too much, they will start to flower; and then when they are rooted you will have some growth stunting when trying to get them back into a vegetative state. Try to make sure they are getting at least 15 or 16 hours of sun before you tuck them away. 18 is much better, if possible. Do you have indoor lights? If so, you may want to supplement; or even keep them completely indoors until they are strong and the conditions outside are good enough to keep them out. I think you are far from the point of no return, though; they should spring to life soon. Good luck!
