Smoking laws in Holland

Hey all. Can anyone tell me when the ban on smoking will come in to force in Holland? I'm planning a trip in August to Lowlands festival, and i'm wondering whether i'll be able to smoke when i'm there.

never knew that the smoking ban was going to be over in holland, like in england?.
never mind if so, they still sell, and you can smoke in the hostel.

llol, im sorry but if you go to work in a coffee shop and you dont like to smoke you deserve to die.
