So I lstd a bit more to bring down my canopy and i ended up snapping a branch.. Ii couldnt see well so when i found out it was around 10 min later.. i taped her up since it was one of the bigger branches and didnt want to loose it. Its still in veg but wanted to flip within 5 days… Would this cause it to hermie if i flip? Should i just snap the branch off?? It was about 70% torn I didnt snap a pic of the cut

Agreed it will come back but I’d give it a week/9 days to recover and start flower. It will probably wilt early and take around 3/4 days before you see it come back at all. Wait until your sure it’s coming back before starting flower so it’s not wasting flower initiation time repairing.

Make sure it’s splinted good and it will definitely come back. The more you LST,the more branches you’ll break, the more you’ll be comfortable with breaking them. Not ideal, but just a small set back.

I’ve straight up broke off branches and had them come back. Key is to make sure it’s back attached and splinted up good. It will go from a weak point to a large knuckle.

Hell no don't take it off. Splint it up and keep going. Twisties. Soft tape. Whatever can hold it for just a couple of days.
What exactly do you mean by splinting?? I know i can google it but id like to hear it from someone who acually knows what they’re doing

Popsicle stick if needed. Or even a toothpick. If you can put it back in place and use a twistie then do it. Good learning experience. You'll be a teacher after this v
