yeah it looks fine to me too. so thats good you can rule that out. now you can look elsewhere as cannabiscrusader mentioned like overferting and lights being too close.

it wouldnt hurt to pluck whatever dead plant matter you see on the colas btw. but take them out with their stems too dont leave them buried inside the buds.

My roots look good, they are not slimy are are discolored due to the nutes

I will start to remove all the dead stuff off

I am guessing I will not get them to dense back up at this point.
Should I just harvest them?

Turn the fans up and the lights down. Like @crimsonecho said, clean it up as best as you can.

ok I will turn my lights half on and I will turn fans up and dehumidifier on, will that also help?

What is your humidity? Getting it too low will swing your problems into a new problem

it is at about 60%

nothing has changed from a week ago and they were awesome then not sure what changed in 2 out of 3 of them

What do you feed? At what strength? What do you ph adjust to? What kind of meters do you have?

Look at the height of your light fixtures in that picture from a week ago. The light on the right is much closer than the one on the left. Look at the plants on the right, they are already fried. The plant on the left is starting to show signs of light stress as well. Things don't happen all of the sudden, it just takes you too much time to notice.

I use general hydro flora series. I ph my water between 5.5-5.9
I guess I learned not to have my lights so close I will try another go with my lights higher

And they have been on straight water to flush them the last 2 weeks

Light was too close to your plants, I have had the same issue before. Buds will fluff up trying to get rid of the extra heat. They will become airy buds due to excess heat.
