SOG From Seed

I’ve been looking all morning and getting more conflicted. Is it possible to grow and flower plants while they are small from seeds or is it clone only? Is that early light change going to herm most everything?

It's generally not about plant going herm, the issue is that regardless of light schedule your plants won't flower until they are mature. As to where clones are already mature.

Thanks. I’ve been looking into this more and I guess I’m thinking of how long does a veg time need to be before forcing flower. And if that can cause everything to herm.

Most strains, when started under 12/12 from seed, will take about 5 to 6 weeks to show sex. You shouldn’t have to worry about hermies if you keep your light schedule uninterrupted, and don’t have major light leaks. Of course hermie prone strains will increase the likelihood of it happening to ya as well.

Thanks for the reply and answer, that’s what I’ve been trying to figure out.
