Soil Ratio

First time doing an indoor grow and was wondering the preferred soil ratio when transplanting my seedling plugs into the 5 gallon fabric pots.. And will I be mixing the 2 or stacking them? That might be a dumb question but I just want to be 100%..
Using Foxfarm Ocean Forrest and California Super Soil for 3 Gorilla Glue spuds.

Not familiar with California but FFOF is usually hot for young plants. I’d don’t mix anything with it personally but my plants don’t see it for the first couple up pottings

Both seem too hot for seedlings. Maybe put them in the Super soil first, then a mix of both at about 8 weeks old. But seedling plugs should be in a vanilla starter mix.
