solo cup grow question

I'm gonna flower one of my 2 week old plants in a cup just slightly larger than a red solo cup and was wondering what wattage I need (cfls) since its only gonna be able to produce so much bud anyway

Can never have enough wattage...dont know about your setup or needs but more lights have never hurt.

A cup like that wouldnt really benefit with any more then 50-100 actual watts in a reflector. The plant needs to outgrow the light to make use of more light, small pot = small plant.

Don't know if it's an option for you but since it's small enough you could take it outside for 12 hours of sunlight then inside dark room for 12 hours. If your busy some days I'm sure the cfls would be ok the odd day when you can't get it outside. Just a thought. Or if you have a spot inside that gets lots of sunlight.

couldn't that light difference possibly hermie it though? Cause if not thats a pretty darn good idea man

50 watts of cfl or a 100 w cheap LED would probably do nicely. I'd put 2 CFLs on either side of her.
Sounds like a fun project.

Yeah I have seven 2 week old seedlings getting their 3rd nodes and if more than 3 are female imma do a solo cup and if possible a 2ltr pop bottle with the extra lol. So 2 50watt equivalent on either side would be good? I'll prolly hang one from the top too, maybe a full red led or somethin
