Solo cups vs 1 gal

to start seedlings which is better
Solo cups or 1 gal pots ??

(I want to transplant a few times as possible but I know it's a good practice for helping the plant grow a strong root ball.
I'm either gunna be ending up in 3 gal or 5 gal pots.)


So which would b better

Solo, to 1/2 gl, to 5...lately.

Nothing but promix in solos...have not lost a clone in over a year.

1 gallon pot, always amended with EWC and kelp meal to give them a huge head start. Can keep them in there up until 1 ft tall usually
