Using the formula I presented the math is correct. (disclaimer not all strains will have the same flowering growth spurt)
A tip on how to find a safe distance from your light. Put your hand, palm down about 6 inches below the light. Hold it there for roughly 30 to 60 seconds if it doesn't feel like you're getting sun burned it's a safe distance. If it feels like it's burning, go lower until you find that butter zone.

If you start running out of height when you stretch,start pulling branches down.This will open up the center of the plant.The top cola you can supercrop or just pull over as well.Tie these plants down...
