Something wrong going with my spore syringe!

Hey guys,
Yesterday I make 2 spore syringes from a spore print.
Using Airbox, distilled water and high sterile equipments.

I leave the syringes in room temperature.
Today I found one of these syringes is too black than other one, so is it a problem?

Did I do something wrong? Is it ready to use or it's contaminated?

It's my first time to do this, So mistakes happen.
I attached photos before and after.

I've only made a couple spore syringes, but one of mine was darker than the other one.
So, I assume it's normal.

Used to many spores if you noticed the solution is black. If the spores were clean and sterile procedure followed they should still be viable. Test on agar.
