Yeah your last one looks good, but the other ones don't look bad either. They are wilting and I sometimes have that problem and the remedy seems to be water if they are really dry, but one of the causes is overwatering. So you should only water when the soil is dry, not on a schedule. The other remedy is giving them proper lighting, I am using fluorescents too (CFLs) so especially with them keep them close (almost touching, but not actually touching).
what i do is when the top of the soil is dry... i mist heavily with a misting bottle.. don't fully water each time becaues the roots don't use all the water in the bottom part of the soil and that could drown them... so i would just mist them and the soil when the top drys out until it looks like you just watered them... that way the soil on top isn't dry but you still have enough water for the seedlings..
no what i mean is instead of making all of the soil for the seedling wet all the time you should just mist heavily maybe every 2nd time you water.. or in between when the top gets dryed out...
