I'm such a fake ass Christian myself. I'll be so busy stuffing my face, opening presents, watching my new movies and getting laid. Maybe if there were 25 hours in the day? Naw, I'd just sleep an extra hour.

As an atheist i grin at christmas , i get to eat the same lovely food as the devout christians do , i get to spend good times with the family , i get presents the same as christians do , yet i dont have to pretend to be a christian for the other 364 days its cool .

Maybe this thread wouldn't exist if Christians didn't pray to politicians to legislate Sunday laws. I could care less what bullshit you do. Just keep it in your church and out of my life.
I consider it hate when Christians elect politicians who then become their own personal Pope, and force us to go on our knees before them.

I like X-mass for getting my family together, nothing els, tho I am Born Christian (protestant) tho I don't use much time on it to be honorst, guess age`s made me more clever..
what I do find a bit amusing at the time, is that in my country poor people can ask/apply for christmas help in form of a box of food and candy aso.
all we eat for X-mass including a pork roast, now the funny thing is that muslim people also apply for it ! tho they acctualy ask if they can get chiken instead of pork as there Religion don't accept they eat Pork !! but I guess it don't stop em for celebrate X-mass so why should it stop others ?
acctualy dont know if I should laugh or cry about it as there is a limit on the boxes/help and not all get it, so some Christians don't get X-mass help wile some Muslim People do .. with Chicken instead of Pork !!!
another great example of how stupid Religion can be at this times, is that a house block (400 apartments) who use to have a hugh X-mass tree out side with lights on and all don't get one this year, as the new "8 man Bord" have a majority of Muslims and they decided to use 12,000 $ on a Edi Festival but wont use 2,000 on the tree ! (big story in my Country, I may add Denmark)

Not many of you will agree but ,i hate christmas .Recieving useless gifts from fareweather relatives ,"oooh wow some deodorant and aftershave" ,"oooo a wallet" "hell yeah some socks and pants" ..cringe.
get togethers with extended family members who i hear from maybe one time in the whole year ,going round to sit in their house for a few hours pretending we give a shit
Being expected to fork out money to return useless gifts to same.
Christmas is for kids ,pure and simple ,once you find out santa doesnt exist and you stop getting cool toys for presents ,christmas is nothing but a chore.
Maybe some of you are really close knit familys and enjoy it ,not me though ,bah humbug
I do enjoy the dinner though..

Christmas is one of those times of year that I don't choose to celebrate but I'm pleased it happens around me none-the-less.
Infact, I like religious festivals and although I may not be a subscriber to their faith I feel that my life is richer to live in a world where people can express their beliefs. Its brilliant.
