That's only bad news for big time dealers who like to speed with a car full of evidence. Prop 215 won't help them.

um, ... hello?

"Task force members seized 62 pounds of processed marijuana, 420 marijuana plants, hashish, hashish oil, guns and more than $800,000 in cash during the weekend operation, which started with a traffic stop Friday morning."

Seems they would want to be a little smarter with all that stuff.

Notice the ages of the people. Not a bunch of young stupid kids. One of the guys was in his 50s. Its also bullshit that they have to report that they found guns. They dont mention if they are legal or not, they just throw that in to make people think that people who grow or smoke a plant are dangerous and will use guns to kill and rob us all. Why not report that police found a microwave, or a toilet, or carpet? All that money that was found....yeah you know the deal.

And yes, if you are doing things that could put you away for a long time, then dont attract any attention to yourself. Drive a simple car, obey traffic laws, keep your yard and house nice, and be polite to neighbors.

Most places having guns and mj or other drugs in proximity is an extra charge. 1 for each firearm.

I love how they call it "processed" marijuana. Like it's bathed in acid or subjected to anything other than just drying it out.

Oh well, I guess drying is a "process", but still, it's misleading.

I'll bet there are people who don't even realize that it's just a plant. They think it's something cooked up in a laboratory somewhere.

They have to make it sound more menacing. It's what they do.

Yep, it's criminal, if you ask me.

Saw a story on the news not long ago. HUGE pot bust. The reporter was kneeling down in a field of plants, and said "they'll take these plants and turn them into kilos of marijuana" or maybe it was "make marijuana out of them". Either way....

:wall::wall:

People are stupid.
