can you please stop using disclaimers at the bottom of your posts? unless they are there for entertainment value, they serve absolutely no other purpose if you are typing in the good ole us of a.

Marijuana users get paranoid sometimes. Paranoia leads to disclaimers. It happens. Best to just ignore it. lol

I kind of like them! I mean it may not be of any legal use, but it sort of makes fun of this whole little game we play with the law enforcement. We all know why we're here on this site, and so do any DEA agents who would bother to read this. Fortunately, much like the cop who pulls you over because of your shaggy haircut or your Rastafarian bumper sticker, his hands are tied (at least until he plays his part in the game and says he "smells something"). I see those little taglines just as a humorous jab saying "haha, look how backwards our value system and legal system is - and oh by the way, if you're a narc, I really don't care what you think!"
:peace:

What the disclaimers show me is the ignorance (not meant as insult but as fact) most younger people in the USA have about their rights as a citizen & what rights law enforcement are gaurenteed by the supreme court.

Some of the things ive heard young people state on this site about their rights when dealing with police is down right shocking, those disclaimers serve not one bit of good to protect anybody from prosecution, nor do they in any way disqualify the statements they make on this site from being used against them, same with the pictures they post, all can & will be used against them if this site is used in their prosecution.

You kids that post these disclaimers need to understand the laws governing mj useage in your state as well as the federal laws because the internet can go federal if the feds should chose to make a case.

If your shit is vunerable tighten it up,move the grow or whatever needs to be done but dont think any disclaimer will do anybody one bit of good.

Certainly one way to interpret it. I personally prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that they're not idiots until they show me otherwise.

Being ignorant & being an idiot are 2 different things, nowhere did anybody say anybody was an idiot, there isnt a person on this earth that isnt ignorant about one issue or another.

yeah thats why i tried to put something funny down there. i hope no one really thinks by putting a diclaimer in their sig that someone else would take that seriously. i think most people who do are just trying to get a laugh from anyone who reads it. i havent seen one that looked serious in months

buck and caddyluck, my name is not nancy. nancy is the woman who grows marijuana in my apartment, photographs it (sometimes along with her "tat pics") and makes records of its weight in a grow journal (where she also mentions how much living in alabama sucks), and posts it on an internet weed-porno site.
