Sour Diesel 11 weeks into flower but want some input from a professional please

My problem is that my amhurst sour diesel under a 400 watt metal halide light before i switched to 12 &12 it was about 15 inches and i tied all the branches to control the stretch and yes they grew mostly outwards but only 19 inches final height. Now there were a couple things that happened in veg that might have shocked it somewhat such as it was pulled by someone who was mad at me but it didn't do to much damage and one of the times i fimed the top for the first time it wound up not taking so that slowed me down alot, so i fimmed 1 more time before flowering. So to get to the point i dont think it reached its full potential. I don't no why it didnt grow alot more as i was expecting after switching to 12 & 12. I flowered it at 15 inches because all the research told me how much they stretch. So i only vegged for 7 weeks before switching. Maybe i should have let it veg a few more weeks. Any suggestions for my future grow. I mean i think the buds are looking great there turning a little purple and i just gave 1 watering of straight water ph 6.5 and ill give it 1week more before harvest. I only used seeweed extract foxfarms soil foxfarms grow big for veg and dyna gro bloom 3-12-6 for flowering. I also started using molasses at week 9 10 and 11.

If i gave it 7 weeks it would be in dlower for 19 weeks thsts don't sound to much like the right thing to do. At day 81 i just harvested the thin. Imbecauae in ny garage its hard to meet the day temp above 73 and. At night i been bringing ir in. So what i wanna do is plant like 4 heavy yielding plants in my closet and in 2 8 to 10 qeeks they will be ready to flower in the garage i want to make like 3 or 4 high yielding plants and let them get sixe before i switch to flower. Im thinking since im not in a rush bec as use of the weather im just going to use cfl lights for vegging but any suggestions or ufeas. I have a garage with lots of space and no tent. Any suggestions on types of plants to use and lights i should use. Also am i using enough nuttrients?

using too much nutrients. 11th week....you plan on smoking that molasses?

Get your self hid/cfls lights ,some seeds and chop what you got when you see small trichs either cloudy or Amber- you'll need small 10x/30x microscope to check. Good luck happy growing
