The Judge is cool. He started laughing at the amount of pot taken. Yep, Prelim. should take it out, but I'll be hot as fuck. Still waiting for my shit to come up in court, then assign an Atty, etc. Got 7 Ladies at Summer Camp now, with 20 popped up, with about 20 more to pop. It's fucking hairy, for sure. But, they have to catch you working the site, walking by it-"bird watching" isn't convictable. As long as there is no physical connection, even though they will know better. Fuck-em.

In lockdown, there is at least 12 hours per day to study things. Anyway, I've been coresponding with Barry of Kop Busters..... He's wanting to run for Atty. Gen Of Texas. Anyway, I think it would be a LOT of fun, if they throw the shit out of Court, to give my Ladies & shit away, & set up a Sting for my Law Buddies. Retailiation for filing civil suit is some serious shit. I'll see about it when the time is right.

well in texas law school is 3 to 4 years after undergraduate school, which is 4 years. and in undergraduate school most attorneys go for political science. i just think this guy rattled off 10k hours and didnt realize this was equalvilant to over 4 years at 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with no time off within that 4.8 years not knowing what he was saying........

Thanks Guys. I Proudly live in the Guadalupe Valley, not "The Valley".
Here's the deal with beyond you "immediate residence". Your Barn & Outhouse, shit close to your house, falls within the "right to privacy" protections. The Law had to draw a line between what falls under the right to privacy & which is outside that protection. One, like house, etc, needs a search warrant specifically for house search. Outside that immediate residence, just falls into the search of property. Simply put, a plant in a grove is a hell of a lot more easier to claim ignorance than a plant in your kitchen. Now, legal search & siezure in a car. If the dope in your car, you driving, is not in your immediate control, within reaching distance from the driver's seat, the case will not hold up, because anybody could have put it there, it's not in your kitchen. Legally speaking, until there is physical evidence that difinately connets you to the Plants, or they catch you actually tending them, or harvesting them, there is no proof of shit, opening the beyond a reasonable doubt wide open since teenage Kids could have done so, or my Grandma. You will not be convicted because my Grandma trespassed on your property, to drop seeds.

I'm sorry to hear you got busted man, but I got a couple of questions. Is it true that they don't need a warrant to search your property or buildings or garages separate from the actual house? Also, if you live in a private area or on a private road, what do you have to do to officially make it private property?

Here's the deal, as stated by US & Fed. Law. The Courts debated your very question over 150 years ago. There had to be a line drawn between the private property owner "expressing" his desire to enact His right to privacy, and some land owner with 700 acres of whatever type of land. The desision was that if a person wished to enact his right, he must, in some type of manner, that he wants this, so the Law would know. Sounds fair to me. A Gang Sign or a Duck Crossing sign slightly falls short of a "clear & consice" sign that you will your own to be free of Governmental & Social intrusion. That means that the burden to announce the wish to retain the right to privacy has to be done by you. The rules to meet this expection goes as follows. 1/8th acre, to 8 million. Notice where speed limit signs is placed. Immediately after every entry to a certain road, the State has a speed sign. That's your due process, prior written notice in action. You too, must have posted notice. A piece of string wrapped around your property shows that the person was not actually serious about maintaining his right to privacy. If that person has a fenced in area, signs posted, saying No Trespassing at all entries, and within plain sight on the fenced area, , and the entry is secured, you have gone above & beyond your legal obligation to express you wish to remain private. I dropped no seed prior to taking care of this. That way, without a warrant, based on probable cause, if they walk on the property, Careers are slashed, County has to pay big time. Unless you tell somebody, then your fucked.

South Texas excellent information.

I own 20 acres and will be putting up an automatic fence next season, along with signs everywhere.

Thanks

On Common entrance points, fence turns, and public view points a good shot of orange on the poles and a single strand of electric fence wire lets a game worden know that the property in question is legaly posted. As well as keeping hunters out of the area.

When the Law Dogs cut my Ladies, they knocked seeds off the plants, which fell into the containers.... a week later, I've got several babies growing. I didn't "plant" the fuckers.... They did. Should I charge for baby sitting? Ethically speaking, do I have to give them 1/2 the harvest?, or call the Law & report the crime? Lazy fuckers don't even feed or water them.
