i hope everyone knows that James Webb is out and has taken some wonderful pictures.....my personal fav is the Stephans Quintet that one amazes me, and from looks at some of the graphs it seems they MIGHT have taken a picture of a blackhole....still working on that....so

this is the site with the new pictures and maybe more to come.....

this is Dr Becky explaining some of the stuff she's seen......

enjoy the sky

The U-2 pilots take "space" food with them when they fly. They are in pressure suits so they need tube food to eat anything. They have apple pie that is a real apple pie ground up and put in a tube, that is exactly what it tastes like. The caffeinated chocolate pudding will wake you up.
when it's that old wouldn't the tast go away, almost like goo or something....i've always heard things like that last a long time cause of the packaging, dunno bout pudding though..js

here is something for Scientific American about it too........

now if you wanna find it youself...first you must find Sagittarius constilation.....look for the bow and arrow....follow the arrow to the milky way and there it is the center of our galaxy......(and if you use a telescope there is a lot of hidden stuff there, Nebula's, clusters...etc)

once you follow the arrow to it here you will find Sag A....

enjoy the night sky....
Mind blowing. I remember hearing about that in passing but the article about it opened it up for me. Space is amazing!

When they turned on the LHC there was all kinds of talk that they were going to create a black hole. It didn’t.
We’re talking about smashing electrons and creating a miniature black hole that lasts for nanoseconds and vaporizes. If it hasn’t been done yet they are close.

If we could control it and somehow ride/surf the event horizon we could really get closer to light speed travel.

Only problem then is it’s still not fast enough!! Our Milky Way is estimated at 100-150,000 light years across. Andromeda is like 2 million light years away.

If we don’t learn how to fold space galactic/intergalactic travel isn’t going to happen how we’d want. Manipulation of black hole tech is just the only thing I can imagine allowing us that kind of power.
. Lol @ black hole tech
