CARTON HAS SMASHED CORNERS AND PARTIALLY CRUSHED !!! HOPEFULLY NO CONSEALED DAMAGE.
NOT A REFLECTION OF SPIDER FARMER.

Welp.....

So I've been corresponding with Bella-Spider Farmer about the light I won and how it was D.O.A.

The carton was beat up pretty bad, I unboxed it, hung it , plugged into a dedicated 20a circuit , NOTHING!

Emailed Bella-Spider Farmer who asked that I send video of the dead light which I provided. Reply was to check the following 3 things which I did with no change in the functionality of the SF4000...STILL DEAD !

ASKED THAT I RETURN THE LIGHT FOR REPAIR, I ASKED FOR A RMA AND SHIPPING LABEL AND BOX SINCE THE ORIGINAL WAS TRASHED BY UPS AND CANT SHIP IT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL.
I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE SHIPPING LABEL BUT I HAD TO FIND MY OWN BOX....

I SEARCH FOR A CARTON TO PROTECT THE DEAD LIGHT TO RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT...

LETS SEE HOW THIS GOES....

I THINK I HAVE AN IDEA HOW THIS FINISHES...

TO BE REVISTED ....

Found a heavy duty carton and returned to Spider-Farmer for repair and replacement, let's hope things go correctly. They seem to respond within a day or so via email.
