Almost done with this MLC hook up just need a lil help... So I got the wiring all hooked up inside the MLC and the cord run to my junction box where Ill be splicing into my dryer cord. Breaker is off and all plastic protective sleeves are peeled back. Last step is just to connect all the wires and secure them with a 10gauge wire nut. My one question is I have 10/2 cord which has 2 hots(black & white) and a ground(copper)... the dryer cord has 2 hots(black & red) a ground(copper) and a neutral(white). Now my question is what do I do with the neutrals? Just connect them to each other and I'm good?

3 -Back hots together
2 -Red hots + 10/2 white hot
3 -Coppers
2 -Whites together?
