find some one that lives in canada to go and buy some spore prints and have them sent to you.

It's legal to ship spores to ALMOST every state in the union. Certain states (including California) have outlawed mushrooms AND their spores, so no spore company will ship to CA. I've tried and they just won't. Lame, but true.

No.

Dried mushrooms are harvested before their spores are ready. Mushrooms release their spores when their cap fully blooms, and magic mushrooms are harvested and dried before their cap opens. Even so, it would be incredibly difficult to get them since mushrooms spores are freaking TINY.

So is it possible tho to get spores from fresh shrooms you just picked? If so, I might start some, I've never considered that possibility b4.

No, it's not really possible to get spores from fresh ones, either. Spores are VERY small and need to be injected directly into the soil with a syringe if you want to grow them. What you may be able to get away with is just letting a few of the mushrooms open up and release their spores into the soil they're already growing out of.
