21 days old. Started in soil 45% happy frog 45%jiffy seed starter soil 10% perlite
just watering every 4 days(ish) when the pots are light and it feels dry
I think i had my (led) light too close for a few of the first days after sprouting but i fixed that. Have four plants and only this one has these spots. Its a bruce banner 3
Anyone know why the spots and what to do to fix the spots?

You need to find the cause fast, that looks very alarming. Are you watering with the correct ph?

Did distilled for the first watering but its just been tap since, ph around 8 . I’ve only had to water them 4 or 5 times so far . Plan on moving outdoors in late may. Gonna move them into ocean forest and just use tap water.

Would also add that growth has sort of slowed on this one too. Just over the last 3-4 days or so.

8 is too high I think that’s the cause. Ph it down to 6-7

PHing water with soil is useless. Soil buffers itself. Honestly I've given up on soil indoors and keep it strictly for outdoor use now. Too many annoying factors, easy to over or underwater etc.

Is it just the one effected leaf on the lower area that has those spots. How does the new growth look also your at a point where growth is slower

Thanks y’all for the responses I appreciate it. Its both leaves at that level(bottom set) and one leaf on the next set up had one single spot .New growth looks good so far. The second picture maybe shows that. the slow growth is in comparison to the 3 other plants i have goin all sprouted at the same time. But they are also different strains. I’ve searched alot of the threads here and maybe it looks a little like the start of calcium deficiency???

If you use cal mag in your water and grow in soil I doubt it’s deficient already. What size pots are they in do you plan on up potting

I haven’t used cal mag. They’re in 2 gallon pots and when i put em outside they’re goin in 30 gallon pots.

Seems like maybe i do. Was planning on top dressing with more happy frog and worm castings. Guess i’ll throw some cal mag in too.
