Sprout/Shoots Growing Out All Over Buds

In the last 2 or 3 days I've been noticing a few green growths starting to come out of my buds. At first I thought they were maybe foxtails or that my plant was going hermie, but the growths didn't look like bananas. After checking on them this afternoon the growths have become a lot more prevelant and are now starting to almost look like sprouts coming out of my buds. These sprouts are kind of mangled looking and are appearing all over the buds where at first they were just showing up on top.

My plants are just under 2 months into flower (today marks the end of week 8 ) on a 12-12 lighting, I'm using organic soil with home made vermicompost and was adding organic nutes with every watering for about 2 weeks ending about 2 weeks ago. I added a vermicompost top soil dressing about a week ago where I also noticed that my lighting timer got knocked and one of the little push switches was pressed down so my lights may have been on for 15 minutes every night for an unkown amount of time (likely a week).

I couldn't find anything that looked like this specific issue so I made a new post, my best guess on what is happening is that my plant is going hermie or revegging maybe? If this is a major issue I'm probably going to defoliate my plants and harvest them in the next few days, though I'd like to try and push them a bit farther if I can as the trichomes don't appear to be super cloudy yet.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!IMG_7582.JPGIMG_7584.JPGIMG_7583.JPG

Damn, well I've looked around a bit more and that definitely seems to be the case. Is it worth it trying to ride it out and get the plant back to regular flowering or at this point should I just harvest and cut my losses?

Wait until the buds are ready & harvest. Use the new veg for bubble or butter - won't be much there but it beats just pitching it.

Yeah they're Revegging 100%. I would chop them down ASAP before the buds start growing all spindly. They're confused right now, and probably aren't going to do anything but the opposite of "chunk up".

That's kinda what I was thinking, they're already pretty good as they are and I'm not really sure how long my timer was messed up so it's probably best to 'cut my losses' before anything unpredictable happens.

Thanks for the input!

The buds seem to be pretty close, I'd definitely be trimming off the excess veg and using it for bubble, butter, etc., but at this point if my lighting threw them all out of week from what I've read it seems like I could be waiting another week or two before my plants get back on track and these new sprouts are already growing pretty quick.

idk tho, I'll probably see how they're looking tomorrow and make my decision. Thanks for the advice!
