Start over??

I planted some autos and noticed some aphids? Etc on young seedlings. Sprayed with Malathion and think it may have been to hot leaves are a little brown. Should I start over? New grower here

Start new ones and keep growing those. Take care of the bug problem. See where the road takes you.
