Started from seed stunted growth

Hey I'm having an issue with stunted growth. I started from 30 seeds, after two weeks I was left with 12 strong plants that had explosive growth. Now I'm 4 weeks in and there has not been any progress in the past 2 weeks.

Setup
Humidity dome/ cover has been removed
Rockwall cubes
T5 lighting 24/0
Head pad
Room temp 80
Fan blowing on leaves
No nutriants distilled water once a day

The room is holding 80 degrees with a heater running, should I remove the heat pad?

My lighting is 2" from the plant, what is the correct gap?

they need nutes, rockwool and water has no nutes in it. FEEED THEEMMM. the first time i grew in rockwool same thing happen to me. as soon as you feed them you instently see a differnce.

How big are the rockwool cubes? Have they run out of room for the roots as well. R u giving them food?

he said he has net gave them any nutes. he needs nutes, it does not matter if its a 1 inch cube or a 6 inch cube. they need nutes.
