Starting indoor then outdoor? What's healthy

I am on the second day of germination, 2/3 of the seeds are ready for planting.

An average day here is mostly sunny in the 65-72 degrees F'. Should i grow indoor for a few weeks, then place outside. I want to do what is necessary, efficient and healthy for my babies.

I do have the right amount of light. I just don't have any legit lights. Can a regular cone shop light pan work with a 100w household bulb? Is that sufficient for the first week? I just want them outside asap. I think i am getting discouraged by these other growers sharing how fast they have had there plants grow indoors...

ok this what ya do
buy a humidity tent like 12 buck here in oz
then buy 4 cfl s
2 warm white
2 day white
at the biggest watt you can get (mine are 40 w each)you can get real big ones for full growth but i like hps lights
then leave them on for 24hrs
spray the inside of your dome with water lots to keep the ro up
you can also use a fluro light (tubes)
if ya going to start em inside you might as well get em ready for the big bad outside world
