Stealth CFL Dresser Grow

Well, my plants were planted on December 12 so they are roughly around 20 days old.

I currently have 11 plants vegging under 4, 42 watt cfl lights.

I am using MG Potting soil, I know it's not the best but i plan on changing my next grow.

I'm buying larger pots tomorrow to put them in so they have more room.

Temps are right around 75 at all times.

There is only 2 plants I'm having problems with. One plant is showing some lower leaf discoloration. And the other plant I burnt with the lights because I'm a dumbass.

I haven't added any nutes to them.

All they have been given is: water, light, air, tender love and care.

When should I add nutes/ferts?

I took 2 pictures of every plant so there is a side view of the plant and then a top view for all of them.

I took the pictures of the plants right after watering so that's why the soil looks so damn dark.

transplant theminto new soil.. bigger pots, a potting soil with minimal to no time release nutriants.. so u can add your own fert into the mix.. that and a bit of pearlite.. your plants will perk right up.. after transplanting them do not water for atleast 3 days and start adding fert in small doses once u see alot of new growth, and never use anything transparent or clear for cups cause roots hate light, just stressin em out

yes i agree you should repot those today but as for the MG soil panic thing goes its totaly up to you i use it in all my grows no trouble at all check my grows the soil you have is not time release type so you are fine just dont nute for the first 30 days because you dont have to..you'll be fine..PPP

I am transplanting them on Tuesday because that when I'll have enough money to buy bigger pots and ferts and all that stuff.

The funny thing is that i have red party cups and also these clear cups and for some stupid reason I forgot about the party cups and put the seedlings in the clear ones.

ok here is how i have my lights set up: first its just a simple piece of cardboard covered with mylar cut to fit the area i need to cover in the grow box i then took a piece of 2x2 plywood and cut to the length to fit board i left about an inch and a half longer from each end to hang my clip on fans as needed from there i used simple outlet strips that you can use tie strips to hold in place i put small screws in mine to be able to slide on and off as needed.the rest is just y adapters and light socket outlets i can run 12 x 42 watt cfl's in this set up if i wanted but never have the good thing with this set up is you can add and remove lights with ease as needed.. i hope this helps you out it works very well..Peace pot prosperity

tomorrow, i plan on 'remodeling' the grow cabinet. i will have pics very soon.....

What kind of seeds you got there Zooted?

These are just bagseed since its my first grow. The next time will be seeds purchased from Nirvana.

they look over waterd to me mate, get them in sum bigger pots and most people say stay away from mg, good luck

I just checked my plants this morning and they look like shit. Since the closet is outside and the temps last night got to low 30's i figure that it was probably around 40 to 45 degrees inside the cab. Obviously that's not good. What should i do? How can i keep them warm at night? +rep for answers!

I was bored today and put red party cups on the outside of the clear cups so the roots wont get exposed to the light anymore before transferring them into bigger pots. I seriously dont know what i was thinking.
