then let me give you a note of hope - mh/hps not needed
cfl's can produce great stuff, trick is to get the cfl's up close and tight
this plant was grown under a total of 78w of cfl's(3 26w)
the trick was i 'wrapped' the plant in a aluminum flashing tube, pizza dish for fixture on top
nl#5 and the quality was excellent

pretty amazing and the buds werent airy???

these were the main cola, and the large side bud to the left - not airy
not saying there as dense as HPS, but were just fine by me

What do you think about the plan I have for my new babies

nothing wrong with that veg chamber, i've seen the fridge used with good results
and if you have good outside grow spots, grow 'em to the max!
one thought pops up, keep 1 and flower in your veg chamber, you can definitely flower a good one in there with cfls
got some blueberry? i've been really wanting that strain, still on the fence for the breeder
dj's is the 'one' from what i read, but not cheap
or maybe bigbud?

Its supposed to be fem ww and fem bb and 20 free from uk but i got it from 420discretseeds.com idk if its real but I germed one just to see if it would sprout and it did but I wasnt setup yet and it died

i did a quick read up on 420discrete - there's a thread on him over in the strain forum
interesting, real low prices
from what i can see, the strains look a bit unpredictable in what you will get
but that's not all bad, especially when you consider the price
when you buy a 'mixed' set of strains from a breeder, you're never sure what you will see
they sound worth growing, that 1 sprouted is a good sign
i'd say you'd want to flexible in your grow plan to accommodate unexpected phenotypes

what about a trade my last few bb for one or 2 seeds of your choice strain

that would be nice, but seed swapping will get you banned here
i think you will find some good plants in your seeds
the breeder sounds honest, maybe not too experienced
claims to be making f2's of popular strains

hello again if any of you ever visit this thread again id like to let you know growing indoors and transplanting out doors worked great for me last year I sprouted 6 bag seeds and they split 50/50 so I cut 3 males out and left with 3 females even had all veged from late april to late june in the same pot! in doors with single 100 mh and June 21 (summer solstice) packed in a larger suitcase, then devlivered to random location in the woods and flowered till october or late september I got a cool 2-3 ounces dry from 3 beautiful females + I got high on the leaves for 2 weeks.

For sure Its not an easy job, but since this thread started, I have fallen in love with growing. And I'm not turning back. Even though, the seeds discussed in thread were stolen and I had to abandon the plants on the side of a random road went back and only one small blunt size bud was left on a "white widow" and dried to a good joint. Yeah your right, they were pretty small, but I started them 2-3 months before summer solstice. I harvested slightly earlier than I wanted too, because, something was eating on them. Guess my sevensdust and/or animal repelant wore off lol... but thanks for the reply keep in touch I got some 60 day wonder and others on the way. Plus I am building a veg/cloner that is automated to control climate and what ever else I can think of. Then I'm going to build a flower room... not sure if I want green house or use hid lights but it will definately be hydro and automated to the fullest... stay cool man and take it easy.
