well i have an idea of growing in a suitcase.
the suitcase is roughly 1meter tall and 0.6 across maybe bigger maybe smaller and i was thinking would it be possible, to put a couple of plants in there some lighting and let it grow?

also can i use any lighting to grow or does it has to be a certurn type.

any ways if u guys have any ideas post.

p.s: do i need a vent?

i haven't heard of any stealth in a suitcase, so you my be the 1st, pretty cool idea
others have grown in smaller spaces, should work
you will need venting, best light might be cfl's, like a pc case grow

just got a rough measurement and made a little diagram on paint.
that i will post.

btw how would i be able to put a sort of vent for it.

also it would be in my closet were my cloths are, so will it stink? also will it stink out the room because i live in my parents house and i dont want them to come in and wonder wat the smell is ect...

btw the dimentions are:
good estimates:

height=55cm
width=35cm
length form front to back=20cm

if you are willing to cut a few holes in it you could use computer fans... they are small but effective in small spaces, use one for intake and one for exhaust. if you're NOT willing to damage the suitcase maybe you could get a small 110v fan and stick out of the zipper a bit? just some ideas.

yeah... a laptop cooler would work if installed right. i think a few 80mm computer fans would work better tho imo. for the laptop cooling pad being at 5v- you could use a cell phone charger (cut the usb off, splice the wires) just make sure to use a cell phone charger rated at 5-7v MAX. some motorola phones use a usb to charge, as well as blackberries... u could prolly pick one up cheap on ebay.

just remember that if you start fucking around with splicing wires that u need to be VERY CAREFUL!!! ur parents would kick ur ass if u burned the house down not to mention it only takes .001a to be fatal and that laptop cooler is .26a.

most cell phone chargers supply 1-2 amps so you can run a few fans in a series. remember that if ur power source is less volts than ur fan, it wont run at full speed. if its more u could burn ur fan up.

also, u could use a computer power supply to run the fans.... you just have to fool the the PSU into thinking a motherboard is hooked up... very easy to do, just jump the slot in the 20(or 24) pin connector from the only green wire to one of the black ground on either side of it. you can use a paper clip to do this or a jumper specified for this purpose.

just BE CAREFUL USE COMMON SENSE:peace:

lol... there is a green wire on the power supply's atx connector. i may have not done the best job explaining all that, here's a link to better instructions . There is prolly some more info in the DIY section of this forum also.

As for stinking up your room, depending on the strain it's definitely possible. you could get some ONA odor block or make a DIY activated carbon air scrubber. Both are cost- effective solutions.

well i dont know were im surpose to be looking but i cant see any green wires.. maybe u should make a pic tut just for me on somthing simular. :D

btw wat strains produce a high yield good quality and take little time to grow.

e.g: how quick i would be able to harvest on average.
