you run the pump 24 hrs until roots reach water and feed themselves
you open the ones with seeds etc
join the bubble heads they help me w/ all thus far

A similar thing happened to me and I worried about it too. I ordered a stealth hydro bubble system and it seemed to have some air in the tubes that went to the plants.

I then built my own hydro setup on the cheap from the DIY bubbleponics thread and noted almost all water going to the plants. I wondered if I should use this and risk killing my latest seeds. But I did and they were fine.

I haven't noticed that one performs better than the other. As long as you have an airstone going in that tank, it should be introducing enough oxygen into the water to make the plants happy.

I have to admit that I do double up on airstones--I use two 12" stones and try to keep each stone under a row of plants.

i have the one airstone but it doesn't look like it bubbles all that much, i took it out looked at it there doesn't seem to be a stopper or anything so i'm gonna buy another airstone that seems to be the way

With enough airstones there is no need for the water pump and feeder tubes at all.
