Stealth Jack Herer grow, 150 HPS????

I have a question to pose to the many more experienced indoor growers here at RIU.

If you were given a 21L x 33W x 14H wood box to grow J. Herer in, how would you do it?
You have a 150w HPS, 2 clones from the same mother, 6 cfls , and a separate veg/clone area to give you a little more elbow room for this lanky bird.

Hypothetically, you have a penchant for organics, a slim wallet and a hot girlfriend.;-)

So what do you all recommend?
LST or topped?
SOG vs. SCROG?
Hydro or soil?

All input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Light in a diy cooltube with 4" ducting pass through with a bathroom fan on it so it's completely sealed seperate from the cabinet. Sog little plants in 16oz cups perpetually because then you always have something and their varying sizes will let you arrange them around the light however need be and isn't a big pain in the ass to work on or do anything with them.

What do you think? One week of veg or let the clones development determine when to go to flower. I know Jack stretches a lot, especially under HPS but the cool tube could in essence remedy some of that, correct? If i can keep the tube close enough so it doesn't need to stretch without getting light poisoning then that would give me 20 inches of room to grow. I was thinking of an open ended, passive cool tube vent with a 129CFM computer fan out. The bathroom fan I have is only 80 CFM.
I like the 16oz. SOG idea a lot. It takes a lot of pressure off and gives me more specific control. Most of my previous grows have been outdoors and I hate the uncontrollable variables of my climate. I want less risks, more control and discretion. What would you recommend for soil with such a short veg time? I intend to use Blue Mountain Organics as supplements and have no access to Fox Farms or other specialty type soils. I do have a decent compost pile that I often make tea from.

Thanks for your 16oz. recommendation OregonMeds, I value your opinion. pos+ rep for you here @ RIU and everywhere else may stumble.

I grew that way for a long time using two 150 hps's. Never liked using cfl's myself but his grow method rocks. They may just be small plants but when you're cropping out three or more every week you almost always have smoke even from a tiny grow.

I think I will give it a shot but on a much smaller scale. I am finishing my cooltube tonight and slapping a new coat of paint in the cab then cutting a few clones. After taking root I will flower 4 clones at two week intervals at varied heights. That would give me 20 girls over the expected 10 week flowering time and a perpetual harvest every two weeks. My cab fits 5 rows of 4 18oz. cups perfectly........I mean absolutely perfect (thats with a diameter of 3~3/4"). I may experiment with slightly taller containers of that diameter though. What do you think? Sounds good hypothetically but reality is usually a bit different.

Also, the dimensions of my flower cab I originally posted were a bit off. Its actually 21L x 14W x 33H

Thanks for your help, a perp. SOG grow was not even close to what I had in mind but it makes sense given the conditions.
