Stem weak and want stand on its own

My seedlings is 12 days old my bug trap fell on it and bent the stem. What should I do is it revivable ?

is it snapped or just bent?

Take a paper clip and make a U shap at the top and use it to prop it up. It’s probably stretching for light.
