Stems are bending!

I'll try to post pics when my camera is charged. So heres the problem:
On Sunday I planted my 10 seeds. 1 is perfect, 3 haven't sprouted and 4 have a stem problem. I think I either planted them wrong by accident or put too much soil on top of the seedling.
My plant looks like a bent twig, what should I do? I tried putting a little stick between the bent spot and the leaves so that it's kinda learning on the stick, it seems it's getting better but it's not solving it.

If ya can just add more soil to the pot and that will hold them up. Start putting a fan on them with a light breeze.

It takes a few days for them to get growing, they will straighten up on their own, make sure they are getting good light.

I'm doing it outdoor...
Where do you live? This really isn't a good time to start to grow outdoors in the Northern Hemisphere. This would normally be a flowering period, so plants wouldn't be getting enough light to start to grow.
