Stems peeling/shedding

I'm growing 2 plants from bagseed. they are about 2 and 1/2 weeks old and look pretty big and bushy for their age. One of them has a big thick stem compared to the other, but both look as if skin is peeling off of the stem up until the first 2 leaves. It almost looks like they're shedding the skin on the stem. I have't been used nutes yet, so what's the deal!?

looks like snake skin, or coming off in the same manor? nothing to worry about, most of my plants did it too in early stages. Think of it as her "shedding her skin".

Bon3z is right... it's just the stem shredding... aka growing bigger

Whewwww! You just took that monkey off my back! I wass worrying so bad about them... I was thinking "shit they're gonna die!" I just turned the plants around and the part of the stem more facing the light has new green skin, and that's on both plants. So I will leave them turned around and check to see if the old skin is off soon. Thanks so much!

No problem... I was like WTF at first too, but I just left it and it's all good now.

no problem. Always glad to help. a bit of advice: "when dealing with these plants, ive found it to be most beneficial, to you and the plant alike, if your kool is kept around the plants regardless of the situation. Plants can pick up on your vibe, believe it or not.

can someone help.my weed plant was fine 1 day the next day i go out there it looks like the stem has been shedding. IT is 1 1/2 month into flowering.

mine did the same thing but they still grew great. idk what causes it but they are healthy
