Stinky Veggie

So I got 2 gods gift plants about 22 days old, growing healthy with big fat dark green leaves and thick stem, so its a closet grow and just today I noticed a kushy smell when I opened the closet door(could've been intensified by fan). I took a deep wiff right above the plants and it smelled great, like a kushy plant smell, I know it sounds strange but has anyone else experienced this or am I trippin?

Yeah i have learned to make it a point to filter no matter what stage they are at. The better buds seem to stink long before there is ever a bud.
