yes you can but you gotta rinse the dirt off and be careful with root ball as to try not to damage any,

Shouldn't be a problem, like h8red1 said. How big is the container it's in now?
two of them in a 1 gallon pot. only about two inches tall. when is the best time to transplant? can i just gently wash the dirt off under the sink or do i need to use ph balanced water? thanks fellas!

I would transplant asap, shouldn't matter when. I would fill a basin with water and let that sit in the grow room for a day so that it can be the same temperature and not shock them. Tap water should be ok, unless it's really off the PH scale.

Use a 5 gallon bucket half full of room temp. water. Gently swish only the root ball in the water. When placing the rinsed seedling into the hydro set-up
try to make the root system run downhill from the stem. Place your dripper right at the bottom of the stem but be sure the water/nute solution
does not fall directly onto the stem. That can cause problems down the line. Check your pump daily to make sure the filtering screen remains
unobstructed (my first mistake) and that you change the resovoir weekly (my second grow mistake).
Good luck, BigSteve.
