strain naming situation

Idk, in my state you have to be licensed to test

I'm pretty sure that you have to be licensed in Oregon as well to have cannabis tested at a lab. Not that I have any interest in getting anything tested. But I did look into it for a friend that thought he grew the best weed on the planet and was fixated on finding out the THC content. You need an OLCC license number. OLCC is Oregon Liquor Control Commission which overseas recreational cannabis in Oregon.

Ya I'm more interested in knowing terps content and some of the other cannabinoids, it's a no go for me anyway though

Absolutely ok to give a pheno a name to distinguish it apart from other phenos of that seed line. I found a really nice pheno of cookies n chem a few years ago and dubbed her the starchild pheno. A lot of people on the forums know of the starchild cut. And the same with a lot of others out there, for example with girl scout cookies you have, thin mint cut, forum cut, ogkb.

i just saw 2001 for the first time the other day... assuming the name is derived from the movie i have to say... pure genius...

Lol no it wasn't, but open to your own interpretation

the way i interpreeted the starchild at the end of the movie was basically that it was an advanced human phenotype... the ahhh alien beings or whatever took the regular human and cloned/advanced the specics w some super genetics.. and the starchild was born...
