I've purchased alot of clones legit cuts was the best I've ever seen packaged . They have their own plastic sealed wrapped containers almost like what a sandwich comes in a vending machine. That's inside a foam bag inside two bubble bag and a led. It's almost over kill .
Guys saying clones died after arriving do realize these clones are used to being in a 90% humidity / high heat nurserys you can't just plant them and go. They need to be coaxed into their new homes. Bags over the top of them under low light 80w leds . Then gradually lift the bags it takes about a week to ten days for me. I also keep all young plants that sizer in a small areo system. The roots need to grow.

Mine died because they were already rotten upon receiving. Not supposed to send clones with a saturated rootball.

What seller was it if you don't mind me asking? Legit cuts?
My post wasn't intended for any one person. I didn't read all 434 pages . I'm sure sellers have made mistakes along the way. It's tough spending that much money only to have a cut die.
I usually get clones in plugs they usually have only one or two roots when I recieve mine. My point was that's not ready to do anything but grow more roots very carefully. I throw my cuts right back in a small 66 site aeroponics system I made.
Alot of these issues can be avoided but a person will have to know how to take clones then selfs to understand how to properly care for them.

It's still too hot in most of the US to send stuff reliably right now, at least in the South/South West. A couple more weeks and it will be better.

I and most of the clone vendors I know of harden off plants before they ship out so there are no humidity issues, and they are definitely not produced in a "high heat nursery". I set my temps on 75F all day long.

I just got a shipment in great shape from them . I have no complaints. As I said you just have to know how to properly take care of clones .if some one thinks the could put it in their medium and under a light right away they are very far off.

Not In the north east it's cold here . Sat will be a high of 59 low of 44. Every one's room is different. I've never had a plant with enough roots that are ready for my room and I've been growing for 20 years I've purchased many thousands of dollars worth of clones. Once a nursery has a few roots they are ready to go out the door .
Actually legit cuts warns the people who purchase from them about this very thing.

Yes. The heat was a factor for sure, but sending cuts with a completely soaked rooting plug is the worst thing you can do. Best thing is to send the cuts when they are close to needing a watering, that's when I send mine. I also won't send until its heavily rooted.

How much does a healthy clone like cost from legit clones? never purchased a clone! Scared of getting burned!
shipped clones also unlike seedlings or clones given locally or urself are harder. Meaning they need ultra care and also keeping the clone rh above 75% rh min for 5-14 days. I’ve killed a few by even trying to gradually put em without dome/bag for a few hrs and u can see them get pissed. It’s pheno selected but it’s a risk none the less. Plus the disease/virus and pest possibility !

can it be worth it? Yes , but there’s def flaws, cons and possibilities of major issues too( like many things )
