strange experience with femaleseeds...

Sure its lax in a med state. Go to a place like Virginia that it is illegal and have mandatory minimum sentencing and call the local PD and tell them you have seeds. See what happens.
Pretty much this. It's all about local laws if you're worried about being charged. The seeds could be treated in two ways as far as I am aware. Dickhead Cop #1 would just charge you with a "usable amount" in many states, and Dickhead Cop #2 would get a warrant and charge you with Intent to Manufacture, Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Be Stoned, or something else shitty.

If you are under some sort of assumption that a Judge "wouldn't" write a warrant based on some seeds read this article: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/12/dea-marijuana-garden-store_n_5128771.html

It describes how not only is a woman's house searched and seized, but another case where police looted through garbage on the street (public domain!), found NO EVIDENCE OF MARIJUANA, and used that as the angle for the warrant. THEY MUST BE HIDING IT!

tl;dr

Don't be a fool, you could be charged a number of different ways for a few seeds... but only once you've received them.

For anyone that saw that before post... I am not the droid you are looking for...

I agree. I think people get complacent and think they are ok even in med states. At any time someone could kick your door in and give you a world of shit. I have seen it stated here before; you start thinking "hell everyone does it or grows it." That is simply not the case and no matter what state, take simple precautions to protect yourself.

The best scenario would be to mind your p's and q's so well that even if they came in you would have grounds to challenge the warrant.

Well like they say hope in one hand and shit in the other to see which fills faster.

Ignorance does not supercede the law. You most certainly would be in trouble and you most certainly could face jail time in many states over something as small as 3 seeds.. You might want to check local and federal laws before you start spreading serious misinformation about subjects of this nature on a site of this nature.

How much do you think having a gram of hash would be? In some states that could net you a 5+ year sentence. ONE GRAM OF HASH=5 YEARS IN JAIL. The MINIMUM for 1 gram of hash is 2 years MANDATORY sentence. So yeah, check your local and federal laws.
show me where 1 gram of hash has a mandatory minimum of 2 years.

Check out Norml.org state laws

It varies state by state but this example is for Texas:

If the amount of hashish or concentrates is more than 1 gram but less than 4 grams, the offense is considered a felony of the third degree punishable by a term of imprisonment no less than 2 years and no greater than 10 years and a fine no greater than $10,000.

Don't let these guys scare you too much, someone very close to me got pinched for making an illegal left hand over a double yellow to enter a parking lot on an empty street. He had 6 lbs of flower and 6 lbs of concentrate. He got out scott free.... *cough* 50,000 dollars *cough* ....

So even if you don't get jailed you get bent over and sent straight to the cleaners.

Yeah, so what was the MANDATORY sentence in that state?

And did others you know somehow start mysteriously getting busted right after?

"DO NOT TALK ABOUT/REVEAL SHIPPING METHODS OPENLY IN THE FORUMS"

Feel so screwed by femaleseeds can't but help troll the femaleseeds threads as they should be avoided, with the Netherlands laws changing I doubt they will be in byissness as is for much longer not saying they are going away as they do have dank hear, but at this point what do they have to loose by not fulfilling a few orders and pocketing some money... I mean 1 or 2 people not getting their packages is one thing but for a group of people who ordered at around the same time for none of us to get the packages green tape or not after a month plus is
Just shady and sounds off to me....

Yeah my first order was like that except it was a corrugated plastic material. Was mad as hell 'til I finally found them. Best stealth yet! It was from kindseed.com
Same here. I bought Dutch passion's skunk #1 and blueberry from Kind seeds back in 2002 and they came in the cor. plastic.

2 dumb fucks in the same thread, amazing...
Dude, this is not a new, nor is it a stealth way to ship beans. Kind seeds has been using cor. plastic since at least 2002. If fed/customs have figured this one out yet then I'd be very surprised. Plus, how stealth is cor. plastic or cardboard when packages go through an x-ray machine? They just put it in the plastic because it is a easy method that protects the seed. But, yeah be worried about customs trolling weed forums to bust people growing 4 plants in their closet. Not like Americans are worried about terrorist and drug cartels sending in thousands of pounds of coke, meth and heroin. Gotta get them stealth methods yo. Derp.
