I have 3 things going on in my room. Some autos in soil...some in coco...and my mothers and veg photo period plants are in there also. I have them under spider farmer SF 4000. Im about 45 inches over the canopy at 20% im seeing stretching for sure and im worried my underneath nodes are not getting light yet ive been fighting light bleaching for awhile. Its more the autos in soil then anyone else for some odd reason. So i moved out as many as i could but i cant turn up my lights. 12 spfs in a 10x16 size room. Any suggestions??

You need to get the light closer, 18 to 24 inchs.
I don't understand how that will help with my light bleaching issue. I started it about 18in and I've worked my way up kind of a long story did you read what I wrote?

Are you saying the light is at 20% power and 45inches above the top of the closest plant?
