I would shoot it they will never fix it until you complain that its not working or they do their once a year drive around

i would spray the side of the light with some high temp paint..the kind you spray on headers for a cars exhaust ..... extension ladder? friend who is a cable guy with a boom truck?

i would think that would be the easiest way to do it. it might look weird from the outside seeing a part of the gh thats darker then the rest, but then u could rest easy at night not worrying about uninterrupted darkness. its either that or manually covering it everynight. you guys know anything about far red spectrum and cannabis? ive read that far red will reset and stop any flowering hormones. idk if it would work after the plant being exposed to the street light all night, but if it did you would be mint. i doubt it thou

sink some pvc into ground, and make a screen that has posts that slide into the pvc. a shoji screen of opaque material. the light is there; just can't let the plant know it. put screen up after dinner, take it down when you get up. beats hermaphrodism.....
